As much of the country freezes, we here in Pennsylvania are trying to navigate icy roads and keep our frozen pipes from bursting. I must admit that these matters have occupied me greatly over these last few weeks.

Now, with thawing finally softening the air, I look ahead to what’s beginning — in particular, to a new educational initiative that will be launched in Florida in January, and continuing over the next few months.

In addition to mounting the traveling photo exhibition, for the first time, in a public high school (Royal Palm Beach in Palm Beach School District in Florida), beginning in January, we will be experimenting with new educational techniques and supplementary activities. Photos and descriptions will follow, upon my return.
